Activities and sports in Albertville

The Hotel Le Roma – at the foot of all adventures!

From the Hotel Le Roma, discover Albertville – located at the crossroads of the French Alps between the Tarentaise, Beaufortain and Arly Valleys. From the first steps you take from your room, the fresh air of the Bauges Mountains will invigorate you. As an athletic destination, Albertville has plenty to offer.
A range of facilities in the town such as the Olympic Park provide an excellent site for hosting sporting events. Furthermore, the proximity to the inclines of the Alps will entice you to take wonderful hikes or bike rides. Passages like the Col de Tamié and the Col de la Forclaz set the scene for invigorating mountain adventures through a protected green environment where the Alpine slopes stretch out as far as the eye can see. And when winter comes around and coats the mountains in a blanket of white, the ski resorts of La Sambuy, Les Saisies, Les Portes du Mont Blanc or the Val d’Arly are just a few kilometres away, while La Plagne and the 3 Vallées (home to Courchevel, Méribel, Val Thorens and Les Ménuires) are a little further away.
